FAQs

Q?

How do I get started working with you?

A.

Just go ahead and contact me via email. Just let me know what services you are interested in from the Home page and we’ll take it from there. Even if your not entirely sure email me your questions and I’ll get back to you.

Q?

What if I’ve never done a competition before?

A.

Perfect! This is the ideal situation as I can help you get on the right path from day one. I will walk you step-by-step through the whole process to take all the guess work out of achieving your best physique.

Q?

Once I’ve paid for the services I want, what are the next steps?

A.

Depending on what you purchase I will send you comprehensive intake forms to capture all the necessary information I will need to craft the best program for only you.

Q?

Are the programs for training and/or nutrition a one size fits all?

A.

Absolutely No! Working as a team, I use an evidence-based approach with the best available research with your food and exercise preferences to help craft a program/s to best meet your goals.

Q?

How long should I expect to be working with you?

A.

This will depend on your goals and the information you provide on your intake forms. If you are planning to compete it could be as little as 12 weeks to 24 weeks. If you are in the off-season then it could be as little as a month. I can also give you my professional recommendation based on your goals and information.

Q?

Once I get started, what’s the process for follow-up?

A.

After I’ve developed your training or nutrition (or both), I will have you follow-up with me by filling out a weekly progress report and pictures to make you are on track to reach your goal.

Q?

What’s the difference between off-season/non-competition and pre-contest/competition training and nutrition programs?

A.

The off-season/non-competition programs are designed for building, correcting asymmetries or body proportions to create the physique you want before competing.

The pre-contest/competition programs are a much more rigorous process of maintaining the hard work you have done in the off-season, while chiseling and sculpting away the excess in your physique to bring out your best on stage.

Q?

Do I need a trainer?

A.

If you need assistance on how to perform the recommended exercises correctly you have a couple choices:

  1. You can go to my YouTube channel and learn how to perform those exercises;
  2. Alternatively, if you are local I can meet with you one-on-one to assist you;
  3. If either options are not feasible, then you could enlist a degreed trainer with either a ACSM or NCSA certification to assist you in acquiring the necessary skills to execute the exercises safely and effectively.
