What does it mean to be EPIC?



I have always found it best to have an action plan to determine how to get to a goal. No plan is a bit like driving without directions, if one doesn’t know where they are going how does one expect to get there?

In addition to having a Master’s degree in both Exercise Physiology and Nutrition Sciences, being a Registered Dietitian, Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, and ACSM Health and Fitness Specialist, I have over 20 years of experience devising plans to help my clientele achieve their goals. My experience and education can strategically devise a research-based plan, or map as you would say, to help you achieve your goals.

Proper training and nutrition is not only the road to competitive success, it is also an investment in your personal health. My strategy for your success is rooted in experience and evidence-based recommendations.

We do not have to sacrifice your health to succeed both on and off the stage. I staunchly believe that this is possible and realistic. Being successful by sacrificing your health is average, but being successful and healthy—that’s EPIC.



The path to one’s goals is always a unique, and often a challenging, journey. Regardless of one’s goals staying inspired is a must, and can look different for each person. I provide multiple ways for clients to stay motivated and on track to achieve any particular goal.

I offer inspiration through timely and critical feedback on a weekly basis to update clients on their progress and make crucial changes to their program to keep them in line with their goals.

Additionally, I am on numerous social media platforms which allow me to provide multiple sources of inspiration on a routine basis. No matter your personal goal or preferred style of motivation, I have techniques to help you be inspired to BE EPIC!

This is a lifestyle that takes a lot of passion and fortitude to live it. It is not for the faint of heart, and I promise you it is a worthwhile venture that will afford numerous future opportunities setting the framework for success. I feel the words from Theodore Roosevelt best expound on the benefits of striving for your personal best.
